How do I make a return or exchange?

Damaged or Defective Items If once you receive the ugg boots from us is broken or damaged you can return the items by mail for a full refund. Please send us the pictures and reason details of the returned items and send it to service@us-ugg.com  If there is an error on our part related to the order, we will issue a credit for any applicable shipping and charges. you want exchange the boots you have to charge the shipping cost.

When will a refund be issued for the returned/exchanged product?

After the boots are sent back to us, please allow around 10 working days for the parcel to reach our company and further 48 hours for the refund to be processed. We will refund as soon as possible.
